Kyle Crowe

During his extensive career as both an investment banker and corporate attorney, Kyle has been deeply involved in all types of M&A services, including sell- and buy-side advisories, corporate divestitures, recapitalizations, strategic investments, defensive advisories and fairness opinions. Prior to joining BMO from Greene Holcomb Fisher, he was a managing director at Piper Jaffray, where he founded and directed the firm’s technology mergers and acquisitions group.
