They’ll discuss what it takes to effectively raise capital, buy and sell business, and create liquidity events — and offer insight and advice on the challenges and opportunities that accompany any deal.

Chris is the president of the firm and a member of the firm’s executive committee. His practice focuses on general corporate matters and business transactions for funds and privately held middle-market companies. Chris serves as outside general counsel for many clients. His transactional practice includes M&A, early stage investments, corporate finance and commercial transactions. Chris has led in excess of 100 M&A transactions during his career. Chris has been a member of the board of directors of many privately held companies throughout his career and he has invested in early-stage and mature businesses.

Prior to co-founding 3RC, Dale had 30 years of transactional and executive experience, having spent 18 years with the merger and acquisitions departments of Coopers & Lybrand and Deloitte & Touche. During that time, Dale was involved in, and ultimately led, numerous engagements involving financial due diligence, cash flow analysis and the structuring of transactions for several of the firms’ nationally recognized private equity clients. Dale also spent 12 years as the CFO of two companies where he gained invaluable experience leading a $600 million management buyout of Anthony Crane with Bain Capital and a $1.2 billion restructuring of Anchor Glass with Cerberus Capital.

ERIKS North America

Randy is the vice president and general counsel for ERIKS North America and has served in that role since 2011. From 2006 until 2011 he was the COO of Lewis-Goetz and Co. Inc., which was acquired by ERIKS. Prior to joining the Lewis-Goetz, he worked in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. and then worked as a corporate attorney focusing on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters with several law firms in Pittsburgh.

John has a diverse business practice, and his primary role is interfacing with clients, knowing their businesses, and keeping them out of legal jams. When he’s not handling the purchase or sale of a company, or counseling clients on corporate legal issues, John is battling uphill on a bicycle (he is a 100 mile century event rider). He is on the executive committee for Metz Lewis, and is one of the firm’s original members.

Dan is a senior management professional with a successful record of accomplishments in P&L/general management, mergers and acquisitions, strategy development & implementation and finance. Dan is currently CEO and president of Shrugged Enterprises LLC, a strategy and M&A advisory firm. Prior to Shrugged, Dan was CEO and president of Heinz Eastern Europe, a division of the global food manufacturer, H. J. Heinz Co.
