Ron is responsible for integrating FNB’s successful cross-functional business model and for developing small business and corporate banking opportunities in the company’s headquarters market. He joined FNB in 2009 to lead its Asset-Based Lending division and has had oversight for various corporate banking groups within the organization, including Syndications and International Banking Services. He has more than 35 years of financial services experience, having held a range of leadership roles with asset-based lending groups at major banks in the Pittsburgh area.

Mark Guterman leads the Loan Syndications efforts within the Capital Markets group at First National Bank. In this role, Mark is responsible for originating, structuring and executing loan syndications for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) transactions across First National Bank’s footprint ranging from $30 to $200 million in size. Prior to joining First National Bank, Mark was a Senior High Yield Credit Analyst at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America where he was responsible for covering the Technology, Media & Telecom sectors for new issues and secondary trading opportunities within the high yield bond and leveraged loan universe. Previous to his work with Guardian Life, Mark was an investment analyst with broker-dealer Chapdelaine Credit Partners and alternative asset manager GSC Group in New York. He started his career as an analyst in the syndicated and leveraged finance group at J.P. Morgan based in New York. Mark earned a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Craig S. Heryford is a partner at Gordon & Rees Scully Mansukhani, with a practice concentrated in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and corporate finance matters, as well as the representation of mature and emerging businesses. He has experience in commercial transactions, including corporate finance and venture capital funding transactions involving both equity and debt. He is co-chair of the firm's Business Services Section and Business Transactions Practice Group.

Tom is an accomplished CEO that has managed several organizations through turnarounds and successful exits. He began his career in the retail industry and was recruited to the consumer plastics leader, Rubbermaid in 1989. Over the span  of almost 30 years,  Tom has lead various companies in preparing for strategic changes, up to and including a sale. His experience has been in both public and private organizations, ranging from startups, to medium and large global organizations.
