Mike Dingwall

Mike is a partner, Assurance Services, at RSM US LLP. He has more than 25 years of experience auditing financial statements and advising clients, both domestically and internationally. He has delivered services to clients owned by private equity groups, families, and publicly traded corporations and has experience with PCAOB and AICPA standards, SEC rules and regulations, internal controls, opening balance sheet audits and accounting research.
