He is responsible for all aspects of investment management, including sourcing and executing new investments, and managing existing portfolio company performance. Jack is also responsible for firm management, including strategic direction and talent. Prior to co-founding Incline, Jack was a partner at PNC Equity Partners, having joined there in 1996.  Previously, Jack was a senior associate in the investment banking division of Wheat First Securities.

Kevin joined the AFC team in October 2015. He is responsible for the executive management and strategy of AFC including M&A and integration activities. Since joining AFC, he has helped execute five acquisitions. Previously, Kevin was president and CEO of General Fasteners Co. Prior to that, Kevin served in a variety of management  positions in diversified manufacturing and distribution companies, including Tyco International and Heidtman Steel.

Pete joined Schneider Downs Corporate Finance in 2006 and began his investment banking career with PNC.
