He has extensive experience in corporate, mergers and acquisitions and tax law and has served as lead counsel in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, private offerings, venture capital financings, mezzanine debt offerings, divestitures and other related financial transactions, in a number of industry sectors, including the cannabis industry.

Prior to that, Vip was an associate in the healthcare investment banking group at Deutsche Bank focusing on mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions.  Before his career in investment banking, Vip was a corporate attorney with O’Melveny & Myers and Jones Day focusing on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and securities offerings.
