As president of Henderson Brothers, Tom manages virtually all of the firm’s business activities and leads the company’s management committee. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations and the execution of the company’s strategic plan. He also maintains contact with insurance carrier executives and is active in the field, accompanying producers and account executives when visiting clients.

As the founder and CEO, Avishai has led the growth of the company, winning the trust of major transportation companies who rely on Maven Machines' business-critical fleet management and dispatch systems to run their day-to-day operations. Prior to founding the company, Avishai held international positions with SAP and served as the VP of Product and Sales at Correlor Technologies. 

Buddy Hobart is founder and president of Solutions 21. He is a consultant, entrepreneur, author, speaker, radio host and an internationally recognized expert on generational leadership. An executive in residence at the University of Pittsburgh, he leads its Professional Sales Academy. He is a returning instructor at the U.S. Army War College, where he teaches the evolution of leadership.

Darcie brings two decades of business and talent management experience to the table as vice president of Talent Management for Michael Baker International, responsible for leading the vision, strategy and development of talent. Previously as director of Learning and Development at Highmark and American Eagle Outfitters and head of Learning and Development for Heinz North America and Heinz World Headquarters on a global level, she was responsible for helping these successful companies improve the quality and depth of their talent.
