Jayne serves as co-chair of the Corporate Governance practice group and chair of the Private Equity practice group at Tucker Ellis and as vice chair of the American Bar Association’s Corporate Governance Committee. She is a trusted adviser to investors, boards, and management on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance and fiduciary duties. She counsels public and high-growth private companies, private equity funds and venture capital funds through all stages of their life cycles and has been a key adviser on domestic and cross border deals.

Ken serves as president and CEO of Ganley Auto Group, a company started by his late father, Tom. Ganley Auto Group is a collection of 31 dealerships with locations in Northern Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida. Ken grew up in the business, learning all aspects of sales and cars. In 2017, the company sold nearly 55,000 cars and generated more than $1.5 billion in annual revenue.

Jim is responsible for STERIS’s global corporate development activities, overseeing acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, licensing, and corporate strategy and planning. He joined STERIS in 2009 and has served in his current role since 2011.  Most recently, Jim was appointed to lead the integration of STERIS’s merger with Synergy Health Plc. Prior to joining STERIS, he worked at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co.
